About the event
This is an in-person, interactive workshop that will bring an in-depth awareness of mental health, its conditions, challenges, warning signs, tools, and resources. Youth and parents will be located in two separate areas for transparency. They will come together toward the end of the workshop as National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Palm Beach County presents on Ending the Silence for Families.
The workshop will culminate with the release of green balloons as a sign of ending the stigma and a fresh start.
